What you'll do

Advise managers on employee relations and policy
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
Maintain accurate HR records and compliance
Help roll out people initiatives across the business

What we're looking for

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Solid grasp of UK employment law basics
Approachable, discreet, and organised
Comfortable working remotely
